We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.
All items purchased from the Car Pretty Inc. website are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract with ShipTime, in which the package can be shipped through Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, Loomis or Canada Post. The risk of loss/damage and title for such items will pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Any shipping damage should be reported at the time of delivery to the shipping company.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking
information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to insure it is recognized as a valid address with our shipping company. If we are unable to validate the address and we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. We do NOT accept PO Box addresses.
In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's
returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, Car Pretty will cancel the order and provide a refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation we will be able to determine if a replacement or refund is due.
Car Pretty Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. They will require photos of both the packaging and the products as proof of shipment damage.
